1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Breakout Limited ("Breakout," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information when you use Breakout, including our website, content pages, marketing pages, waitlist, emails, applications, and related services (the "Services").

By joining the waitlist, submitting information to Breakout, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Breakout Limited is the controller of personal information described in this Privacy Policy, unless stated otherwise.
